Age suitability
Knowtopia is designed to be adult-administered and used together with a parent, guardian, or educator. While the learning content is suitable for young learners, the app’s account management and any purchase-related flows are intended for adults only.
Intended audience
- Primary learners: children roughly ages 4–10 (reading levels and needs vary).
- Administrators: adults (parents/guardians/educators) manage profiles and settings.
Parental involvement
We recommend using the app together with a child. For children under 13, a parent/guardian (or school) must create and manage the account and provide consent where required. Certain actions (for example, subscription management or purchases) may require an adult confirmation step or re-authentication.
Content guidance
- No sexual or violent content.
- No user-generated public content.
- Educational focus with age-appropriate language and visuals.
